All magic users have become the scapegoat for this act of treason, and the Crown has let loose the dogs of war, unleashing the full might of the Inquisition against magic users across the kingdom. The Inquisitors have used the opportunity to stretch their arcanophobic dogma to furthest degree, ripping parents out their homes and gunning them down in the street, piling bodies into pyres in town squares.
